Solera Holdings, Inc. (SLH) announced that it has completed the acquisition of 85% of the share capital of AUTOonline GmbH Informationssyteme from DEKRA Automobil GmbH and other sellers. The company noted that it has the right to purchase and the remaining sellers have the right to sell the remaining 15% stake in AUTOonline in future periods beginning after December 31, 2009, at a purchase price of ten times AUTOonline's consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed fiscal year.
