ArcelorMittal (MT) announced that it has completed the pricing of its 30-year, US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 7% bonds due 2039. The company said that the yield of the bonds is 7.4%. The company schedules to close the offering on October 6.
The company intends to use offering proceeds, before expenses, of US$943.27 million for general corporate purposes.
