Timken Co. (TKR) said Thursday that it has reached agreement with the United Steel Workers Local 1123 on a new four-year contract.
The current contract was extended until October 31 to allow time for a ratification vote later this month.
Timken has 2,300 associates covered by the agreement at the company's facilities in Canton, Ohio.
