K12 Inc. (LRN) announced the resignation of John Baule as its chief operating officer and chief financial officer, effective October 31, 2009. The company expects to appoint a chief financial officer in the near future.
John Baule said, "Although this was a difficult decision, I believe it's the right time for me to pursue new professional challenges. K12 is an outstanding company and I'm confident it will continue to thrive as a leader in the education industry."
