Hyatt Hotels Corp. disclosed in a filing with the regulatory that it currently estimates the initial public offering price per share to be between $23 and $26. The company's Class A common stock has been approved for listing on the NYSE under the symbol "H".
The company noted that selling stockholders are offering 38 million shares of Class A common stock. Most of the shares are being sold by current stockholders, including Pritzker family.
Hyatt Hotels added that the underwriters have the option to purchase up to an additional 5.70 million shares from the company at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount.
