Steve Madden Ltd. (SHOO) announced after the close Monday that it expects to report third quarter EPS of around $0.97, with revenues of about $140 million. The company also increased its full year 2009 EPS forecast to between $2.55 and $2.65, from prior expectations of $2.05 to $2.15.
Steve Madden Ltd. gapped open sharply higher Tuesday and is currently up 3.99 at $43.99. The stock has been gaining ground for the last 2 weeks and has set a new high for the year.
