Diebold Enters Into $400 Mln And Euro 75 Mln Credit Facility Agreement With Certain Key Relationship Banks - Quick Facts

Diebold, Inc. (DBD) announced that it entered into a $400 million and euro 75 million credit facility agreement with certain key relationship banks.

The new facility replaces a previous facility of approximately the same amount which was scheduled to expire in April 2010. The new arrangement maintains existing covenants that were already in place, and is unsecured, the company said.

The company stated that the new credit facility is for a term of three years and expires in October 2012.
