Randall Mays, president and chief financial officer of CC Media Holdings Inc.'s Clear Channel Communications, is stepping down, according to media reports.
Mays will become Clear Channel's vice chairman, a role focused more on strategic advice, reports noted, and will also retain a board seat.
Mark Mays, the company's chief executive and Mays's brother, will resume the role of president, reports specified.
