Ducommun Inc. (DCO) said its board elected Dean Flatt to the Board, effective immediately. Flatt's appointment brings the number of directors on the Ducommun Board of Directors to eight, the company stated.
Flatt has recently retired from Honeywell International where he served for 12 years, most recently as President Aerospace Project. Prior to this position, Flatt served as President Defense & Space, President Aerospace Electronic Systems, President Performance Materials and President Defense & Space Systems, the company noted.
