Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. (PNK) on Monday announced the resignation of Daniel Lee has as chairman, chief executive officer and a director of the company to pursue other business interests.
The company said that it has appointed Richard Goeglein as interim non-executive chairman and John Giovenco as interim chief executive officer. Goeglein and Giovenco, both board members, will oversee the company's operations while the board conducts an executive search for a new president and chief executive officer.
