Family Dollar Stores, Inc. (FDO) announced that Donna Barker has been promoted to the position of Vice President - Merchandising, General Merchandise Manager. Barker will report to Mike Kvitko, Senior Vice President - Merchandising.
Barker joined Family Dollar in 2003 as Divisional Vice President - Home with responsibility over soft home and home decor categories. Prior to joining Family Dollar, Barker served as a divisional merchandise manager with Belk Department Stores.
