(SWI) announced the pricing of 12 million shares of its common stock at $18.75 per share in a secondary public offering, all of which are being offered by certain selling stockholders. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.8 million additional shares of common stock from certain selling stockholders.
