Novavax Inc. (NVAX) said it plans to offer its common shares in an underwritten public offering. Piper Jaffray & Co. and Lazard Capital Markets LLC are acting as joint book running managers.
The offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
