Lowe's Companies, Inc. (LOW) said Friday that it has promoted Todd Woods to senior vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary. He will continue to report to Gaither Keener, senior vice president, general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer.
Woods joined Lowe's in 2002, most recently serving as vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary to Lowe's and many of its subsidiaries.
