Xchanging plc (XCH.L) announced the appointment of Max Pell as managing director of Xchanging Ins-sure Services or XIS and Xchanging Claims Services or XCS. The company added that Max will replace Roger Townsend who will be retiring early in 2010.
Meanwhile, Roger will support Max and the Xchanging insurance business in a relationship management capacity until he retires. Max joins Xchanging from Capita plc, where he most recently headed the Specialist Services division as Managing Director and Divisional Board Director.
