Forest Oil Corp. (FST) said Tuesday that its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer David Keyte has resigned, effective December 1, to pursue other private opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
The Denver, Colorado-based company said it has promoted Michael Kennedy, currently its Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kennedy joined Forest Oil in 2001 and served in various financial capacities.
Forest Oil also said it has promoted Victor Wind to Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. Wind, who joined the company in 2005, most recently served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller.
Additionally, the company said it has promoted Daniel Richardson to Treasurer. He joined Forest Oil in 2007 and has most recently served as Managing Director, Corporate Planning.
Patrick Redmond has been promoted to Vice President, Corporate Planning and Investor Relations. Redmond, who joined Forest Oil in 2003, most recently served as Director, Investor Relations.
Forest Oil shares are currently trading at $17.66, down 11 cents.
