Amtech Systems, Inc. (ASYS) posted fourth-quarter net loss of $201 thousand or $0.02 per share compared with net income of $1.4 million or $0.16 per share in the prior year period.
Net revenues for the quarter declined to $11.7 million from $26.8 million in the same quarter last year.
Looking ahead for the first-quarter, the company expects revenues to be in the range of $12-$14 million and full year revenues in the range of $70-$80 thousand.
