Waste Management Inc. (WM) announced that it has appointed Puneet Bhasin as the company's new senior vice president, information technology. Bhasin, a professional with 25 years of experience in IT and logistics systems, also joins the company's senior leadership team as chief information officer.
Bhasin joins Waste Management from Monster Worldwide where he previously held roles of senior vice president, Global Product & Technology and chief information officer, North America. Previously, he was senior vice president with Putnam Investments. Prior to that position, he served as senior vice president and chief information officer for Greenlight.com.
