Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. (HR) announced the pricing of its $300 million of 6.50% senior unsecured notes due 2017. The notes were priced at 99.323% to yield 6.618% at a spread of 387.5 basis points over the comparable U.S. Treasury note.
The proceeds from the offering will be used to repay amounts currently outstanding under the Company's Unsecured Credit Facility due 2012, and for general corporate purposes.
