McDermott International, Inc. (MDR) said that Stephen Johnson, the Company's current President and Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of J. Ray McDermott, S.A., effective January 1, 2010. He succeeds Robert Deason, who, as previously announced, will retire at the end of the year.
