Overstock.com, Inc. (OSTK) announced that Rocker Partners, now known as Copper River Partners will pay $5 million to Overstock.com to settle Overstock's claims against the remaining defendants in its case against Rocker Partners, David Rocker, Marc Cohodes, and the management companies and hedge funds they controlled and advised.
The defendants have agreed to dismiss their cross-complaint against Overstock.com and Patrick Byrne, the company said.
