Blackboard Inc. (BBBB) and Desire2Learn Incorporated said they entered into an agreement to license each other's worldwide e-learning patent portfolios and settle all outstanding litigation between them. Under the terms of the Agreement, the companies would dismiss their pending litigation. Additional details of the settlement were not disclosed.
