Julianne Hough says that although she grew up listening to country music, she was also inspired by pop stars with strong voices like Christina Aguilera. Much to her excitement, the 21-year-old singer will soon appear alongside her childhood idol in the upcoming movie, Burlesque.
"Filming Burlesque is fabulous! The storyline is great, the dancing is phenomenal, and of course Christina sings her butt off in it!" Hough told TheBoot.
"I've learned so much from watching her. . . she's phenomenal at everything she does," the singer continued. "She's been my idol since she first came out, so it was just a really cool experience for me just being there and watching how she works -- I was blown away!"
