Beanie Sigel sustained minor injuries and totaled his vehicle in a car accident over the weekend. The rapper was leaving a studio in Baltimore on Saturday night when his car was side-swiped by a tractor trailer and then run off the road.
Sigel sustained injuries to his face, arms and legs, but he was not taken to the hospital. It is not yet known if anyone else was injured in the wreck. According to his rep, Sigel continued with his scheduled performance in Norfolk, Virginia, on Sunday.
The Philadelphia native released his latest album, The Broad Street Bully, in September. His upcoming effort, The Closure, is scheduled for release in 2010.
Sigel is also expected to go on tour with his new ally, Jay-Z, according to Sixshot.com. The two have been in a public feud since Sigel called out his former boss on the song, "What You Talking About (Average Cat)," but the two have apparently made amends.
