The Flaming Lips have covered the entire 1973 Pink Floyd album Dark Side of the Moon. The special cover album was released exclusively via iTunes on December 22 and will be released to other digital outlets on December 29.

Helping the Lips pull off the cover of this legendary album is multi-talented Henry Rollins and singer Peaches. Rollins is featured on the tracks "On the Run," "Money," and "Eclipse." Peaches makes appearances on the tracks "The Great Gig in the Sky" and "Speak to Me."

The Lips are scheduled to perform their entire version of Dark Side this New Year's Eve in their hometown of Oklahoma City. They will take the stage at the stroke of midnight.
