ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (CKSW) announced that it expects fourth quarter record revenues of about $17 million, exceeding its previous guidance range of $16.0 million to $16.7 million.
The company said that these anticipated quarterly revenues will lead to annual revenues of about $61 million in fiscal year 2009.
The company said that the strong bookings in the fourth quarter will contribute to the existing backlog and deferred revenues, providing it with high visibility into 2010.
ClickSoftware expects to report its final financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2009 in early February 2010.
