Counting Crows' cover of Joni Mitchell's "Big Yellow Taxi," which features Vanessa Carlton on backing vocals, has been voted as the worst song of the decade by the Village Voice.
The Voice said the tune is "a bad song that misses the point."
The Fred Durst Reality Check mix of the Marvin Gaye's "What's Goin' On," performed by a group of popular musicians under the moniker, Artists Against AIDS Worldwide, came in at number two.
Tila Tequila's "I Love U," was third, Blue October's "Jump Rope" was fourth and Alvin & the Chipmunk's "Get Munk'd" came in at number five.
Rounding out the top ten were Hot Action Cop's "Fever For The Flava" at number six, Nicole Scherzinger's "Puakenikeni" at number seven, Limp Bizkit and Johnny Rzeznik's cover of Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here" at number eight, Ashlee Simpson's "La La" at number nine and Fieldy's Dreams' "Baby Hugh Hef" at number 10.
