Assured Guaranty Ltd. (AGO) said the re-listing of its subsidiary's debt securities on the New York Stock Exchange may not be completed until the end of the first quarter 2010 or March 31, 2010.
The company had previously announced that it expected the re-listing of the Securities to be effective by the end of 2009. Assured Guaranty indicated that the re-listing of the securities will not affect the guaranty, which will remain in full force and effect or any of the other terms of the securities.
