Britney Spears has been named the worst celebrity autograph signer to come through Canada in 2009. Celebrity autograph and entertainment news website HoundsTV.com placed the singer at the top of a list of six.
The site reported that Spears was rarely seen by autograph seekers while in Canada with her Circus tour. She reportedly used private entrances and decoys to get in and out of her hotels.
Spears ranked ahead of other celebrities including Elton John, U2, Stephen King, Metallica and the cast of the next Twilight film, Eclipse.
Among the best celebrity autograph signers were George Clooney, the Jonas Brothers, Michael Jordan, the cast of New Moon, Sidney Crosby and Yusuf Islam.
