Dell Perot Systems, a unit of Dell Inc. (DELL), announced that its Fairfax, Virginia-based Government Services Business Unit was awarded a five-year, $42 million agreement,, which is called the Rock Island Arsenal contract to provide command, control, communications, computer and information management services to the Army arsenal.
For the new contract, Dell Perot Systems will continue to provide network operations, desktop services, email, information assurance, telephones, and connectivity to long-haul communications.
