Goodrich Corp (GR) said it has appointed Mike Gardiner as President of its Actuation Systems business unit. Gardiner, formerly CEO of the company's Aero Engine Controls joint venture with Rolls-Royce (RR.L), will report to Jack Carmola, Segment President, Actuation and Landing Systems.
The company noted that Gardiner will be transitioning into the role during February 2010.
