Cott Corp.(COT) said Tuesday that Matthew Kane, Jr. will cease to serve as the Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of the company, effective January 29.
Kane's employment was terminated without cause, and the company anticipates entering into a severance agreement consistent with the previously disclosed terms of the Company's Severance and Non-Competition Plan applicable to Kane, Cott said in a regulatory filing.
