On a non-GAAP basis, earnings for quarter was $0.43 per share, inline with the reported in the comparable quarter last year.

Total revenues for the quarter was $107.12 million, compared to $106.22 million in the prior year quarter. Analysts expected the company to report revenue of $103.43 million for the quarter.
