Monday, Global Defense Technology & Systems Inc. (GTEC) appointed Joseph Cormier as Senior Vice President of Finance. Cormier joins GTEC from ManTech International Corp. where he was the corporate officer who led and executed ManTech's mergers & acquisitions, capital structure and investor relations programs.
Prior to ManTech Cormier was Vice President, Corporate Development of DigitalNet Holdings. He began his career at Banc of America Securities as an investment banker, where he completed numerous equity and debt financings and M&A advisory transactions for technology companies.
