Harris, a unit of BMO Financial Group (BMO,BMO.TO) announced that it has appointed Kerry Hughes as its new regional president of the north region of the Chicago Metro area. Hughes will be responsible for 12 branches and will be based out of Harris' Lincoln Park branch located at Elston and Webster. As Regional President, Hughes' responsibilities include the management, development, and execution of retail banking strategies and services in Harris' North Region of metropolitan Chicago.
Hughes joins Harris from Citibank, where she was most recently responsible for the strategic direction and tactical execution of retail banking initiatives in Boston and New York City.
