Duke Realty Slips To Loss In Q4; Provides FY10 Recurring FFO Guidance - Quick Facts

Duke Realty Corp. (DRE) reported a fourth-quarter net loss attributable to shareholders of $3.03 million compared to profit of $20.13 million last year. Loss per share was $0.02 compared to profit of $0.13 per share a year ago.

FFO per share decreased to $0.33 from $0.70 a year ago. Recurring FFO per share decreased to $0.31 from $0.67 last year.

On average, 11 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit of $0.28 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues were $340.20 million compared to $382.60 million last year. Analysts expected revenue of $221.67 million for the quarter.

The company expects recurring FFO for 2010 to be in the range of $0.95-$1.15 per share.

The company's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 per share on an annualized basis. The fourth quarter dividend will be payable February 26, 2010, to shareholders of record as of February 12, 2010.
