S&T Bancorp CFO Robert Rout Resigns

S&T Bancorp Inc. (STBA), in a filing with the regulatory, disclosed that Robert Rout, its Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary, resigned from his position in order to pursue another employment opportunity.

The company noted that Rout's resignation will be effective as of February 5, 2010 in order to facilitate the transition of functional responsibilities.

S&T Bancorp said it has appointed Wendy Bell as acting Chief Financial Officer, effective February 5, and will assume Rout's responsibilities until the completion of search for a permanent financial chief.
