Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. (OSG) said it appointed Janice Smith as Chief Risk Officer. In the newly created role, Smith is responsible for assessing, managing and mitigating key areas of global enterprise risk. Smith joined OSG in 2007 as Deputy General Counsel. The company promoted William Nugent, Vice President New Construction, to lead the company's newly created Technical Services Group. Further, the company named Captain George Dienis Vice President of OSG Ship Management, Inc. Captain Dienis has been Managing Director and COO of OSG Ship Management Ltd. Since 2005.
