Atmos Energy continues to project fiscal 2010 earnings to be in the range of $2.15 to $2.25 per share, excluding any mark-to-market impact. Net income from regulated operations is expected to be in the range of $153 million to $159 million, and net income from nonregulated operations is expected to be in the range of $48 million to $52 million. Capital expenditures for fiscal 2010 are expected to range from $520 million to $535 million. Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $2.19 per share for fiscal 2010.
