Peerless Manufacturing (PMFG) postpones the release of its results of operations for the second quarter and the related conference call which was previously scheduled for today.
PMFG is in a process of resolving an accounting issue related to the calculation of the fair value of the embedded derivative features of our preferred stock issuance dated September 4, 2009.
The company expects to set a new date for the conference call as soon as the results of operation are available for public release.
