After the resignation of his manager, his mother Jonetta Patton, Usher's upcoming album, Raymond v. Raymond, has been delayed for a second time and is now expected to hit stores on March 30.
According to sources, Patton resigned because of friction with the singer's new girlfriend, former Def Jam executive Grace Miguel.
Usher's record label, Jive, has refused to release the album - which was originally due to hit stores last December - until Usher signs with a new management firm. The singer is rumored to be close to signing a management deal with AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips, after he was seen sitting at Phillips' table at pre-Grammy party held by Clive Davis.
Usher's first single from Raymond v. Raymond, "Papers," has reached number 31 on the Billboard Hot 100.
