After being banned from traveling to the U.K. for three years, Snoop Dogg has been allowed to return to the country.
Snoop's repeated attempts to convince authorities to reverse his ban finally succeeded on March 1, when a U.K. Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and judges decided that border authorities should not have denied access to the rapper in 2006.
Snoop was barred from entering the country after a public incident involving guards and his entourage at Heathrow Airport in London in 2006. He and his entourage were arrested and their entry was restricted after the authorities decided his previous convictions for drug and firearm offenses rendered him a threat.
Snoop had repeatedly challenged the ban in the last three years, going so far as to request support from David Beckham and Paul McCartney to reverse his ban and allow him to enter the country and promote his music.
