Kelly Rowland said she is still close to her former Destiny's Child bandmates Beyoncé and Michelle Williams, and is holding out hope that the group might one day reunite.

"When you think about the history of girl groups - I won't say all, but some - which are the stories we always hear about? Some aren't the best-ending situations," she told Necolebitchie.com. "But with Destiny's Child, we did a great job of supporting each other and being there and still remaining close, so that's what I'm most proud of us for."

Rowland, 29, also said a reunion is not the topic of conversation when the artists get together, but said there is mutual love and support. In January, she claimed a reunion was definitely not out of the question.

In other news, Rowland performed in Sydney, Australia, over the weekend at a Mardi Gras party that also saw performances by Adam Lambert and George Michael. The diva opened with her hit song, "When Love Takes Over."
