Taylor Swift held a party earlier this week in Nashville to celebrate all the success she has had recently. The select group that attended the party included executives from her record label, Big Machine, her producer Nathan Chapman and Billboard's Wade Jessen.
"I just hope you know how happy you've made me," she said to the crowd of supporters. "I never expected I would get to stand up at awards shows as much as I have over the last year for [her album Fearless]."
"I'm so happy I was allowed to make the album I made," the 20-year-old continued. "And, I'm proud of the people this happened to along with me. This was not wasted on us. We all appreciate it so much. We've had a lot change for us."
Swift has indeed had a successful year, earning 4 Grammy Awards, 5 Top 10 singles, a starring role in a hit film, and a sold-out world tour.
