Erykah Badu has offered up a free download of her single "Turn Me Away (Get MuNNY)" from her upcoming album, New Amerykah Part II: Return of the Ankh, due out March 30.

For the track, Badu borrows samples from Sylvia Striplin's "You Can't Turn Me Away" and Junior M.A.F.I.A.'s "Get Money." "Turn Me Away (Get MuNNY)" is currently available through various online outlets.

The new album is the follow-up to Badu's 2008 release, New Amerykah Part I: 4th World War, which debuted at number two on the Billboard 200.

"I called it New Amerykah Part II: Return of the Ankh because this album is the sister of the left side of my brain -- it is the right side," Badu told Billboard last December.

"Part I was the left side of my thoughts -- it was more socially political and my thought process was more analytical. This time there wasn't anything to be concerned with -- the album is more emotional and flowy and talks about feelings. It reminds of the days of 'Baduizm' -- this is just about beats and rhymes in a cipher."
