Navarre Corp. (NAVR) announced that Encore Software, Inc., its wholly-owned subsidiary, has acquired the assets of Punch! Software.
Kansas City, Missouri-based Punch! Software has been a provider of home design and CAD software solutions, the company said.
Under the terms of the transaction, the company said that Encore acquired substantially all assets of Punch! The Company expects that the transaction will be accretive to its financial results during the current fiscal year.
