MagIndustries Corp. (MAA.TO) Monday reports the retirement of Bill Burton, President and Chief Executive Officer and Sally Burton, Corporate Secretary.
The company appointed Rich Morrow as Chief Executive Officer and Stephane Rigny as President. Further, William Burton was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance.
Gerard Munera, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, said, "On behalf of the Board, I would like to recognize Bill and Sally for their pioneering work in the establishment of the Company and its projects and thank them for their efforts and continuous dedication to the Company.
