Spanish House Prices Fall 2.2% In Q3

Spanish house prices fell 2.2% compared to the same period a year ago in the September quarter, statistical office INE said on Thursday.

Prices had fallen 0.9% in the June quarter.

Prices fell the same 2.2% on a quarterly basis, in contrast to the 1.6% increase in the preceding three months.

Separately, INE said Spanish labor costs fell 0.3% year-on-year in the September quarter.
