Eurasian Natural Resources Corp. PLC (ENRC.L), together with its subsidiaries, announced that Felix Vulis, its Director and Chief Executive Officer or CEO, has decided to step down from the Group for personal reasons.
The company said that Felix had informed the Chairman, Dr Johannes Sittard, of his decision earlier today, Feb 5, 2011, but said that he will stay on as a Director and as Chief Executive Officer until a successor is appointed.
Commenting about Felix Vulis's contributions to the company, ENRC stated that he joined the company in 2001 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ENRC Kazakhstan in December 2006 and then Group Chief Executive Officer in August 2009.
