Dentsply International Inc. (XRAY) Wednesday said it has appointed Deborah Rasin as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective from March 7.
Rasin, in the new role, will oversee all legal affairs of the company and assume corporate secretary duties. She will be a senior member of the executive team, responsible for management and oversight of all activities of the legal department.
Rasin succeeds Brian Addison, who will remain in a part-time role as Special Counsel.
Rasin previously served as Vice President - Legal, General Counsel and Secretary of Samsonite Corp., and subsequently was a partner in a private law practice in London, England.
